AHS swimmers competed in the
North Alabama Championship meet capturing four 2nd place and three 3rd place and setting a new school record in 100 Breast. Wes Taylor, Scott Taylor and Abigail Isom were named to the North Alabama Championship team.
Girls 400 Relay captured 3rd place and 200 Medley Relay took 5th place.
Team Rankings:
Girls tied with Florence for 7th place behind Bob Jones, Grissom, Huntsville, Athens, Randolph, and Scottsboro.
Boys took 9th place behind Bob Jones, Huntsville, Grissom, Scottsboro, Cullman, Sparkman, Westminster, and Gadsden. Overall Arab Swim team tied for 5th place at the meet with 206 points. Bob Jones was ranked 1st with 823 points, Huntsville 620 points, Grissom 594 points , and Scottsboro 368 points.
